When it is possible, we have to evaluate :

• Weather conditions at the moment of accident
• Road conditions (dry, wet, gravels, ice, coefficient of friction...)
• Complete roadway and shoulder geometry (slope, curve radius)
• Visibility issues (poles, walls, houses, road geometry...)
• Roadway and shoulder marks (brake marks, skid marks...)
• Complete crash scene sketch (vehicle positions, impact zone, measurements...)

The accident scene must be taken in charge as a crime scene, in respect of usual forensic and criminalistic procedures.
